How To Make Herbal Teas:
Begin with cold water
Bring to a rolling boil
Use 1 teaspoon of dried herb in an infuser
Or 1 tea bag of commercially purchased teas
Steep for 5 minutes
Remove herbs and Enjoy
For iced herb tea use:
2 teaspoons of herb
or 2 tea bags pour strong steeped tea over ice cubes.
Let melt and add more ice:
Drink Up!
