Buffalo Wings

3 lb Chicken Wings
1 Bottle BBQ Sauce (I prefer KC Masterpiece)
1/2 Teaspoon Red Cayenne Pepper
Salt to Taste
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 Teaspoon Tabasco Pepper Sauce

In a Crockpot; add all ingredients. Stir. Cook on low for 4 hours.

Sweet and Sour Pork!

2 lbs Pork, cut into bite size piece
3 Tablespoons Soy sauce
1/4 Cup Vinegar
1 Onion, quartered
1 clove Garlic, minced
2 Carrots, cut in slices
2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
1/4 cup Brown sugar packed
2 Sweet Red Peppers, cut into strips

In slow cooker mix pork with cornstarch. Add remaining ingredients except peppers . Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Add Peppers about 30 minutes before serving.

Cheesey Corn Chowder!

2 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine
5 lbs. Potatoes, diced
2 Celery Stalks, sliced
3 Carrots, sliced
1 Teaspoon Crushed Garlic
1 md Onion chopped
1/4 cup Prepred Salsa
2 lb Grated Cheddar Cheese
2 cans Creamed Corn
2 cans Whole Kearnel Corn
1 lb Smoked Sausage, sliced
2 Cans Chicken Stock
1 Cup Powdered Milk
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
Salt And Pepper To Taste
1 Tablespoon dried Basil

Place ingredients in Crock Pot except cheese and powdered milk. Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours. Add Powdered Milk and Cheese. Heat until Cheese is melted.

Crockery Pork Chops!

6 Pork Chops, browned
1 can Chicken Noodle Soup
1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup

Place Pork Chops in Crock. Pour over soups (don't add water). Cook on low for 6-8 hrs.

Crockery Minestrone Soup!

1 large onion, chopped
2 large carrots, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 cup cabbage, chopped
1 medium zucchini, chopped
1 can stewed Italian tomatoes
1 can green peas
1 can kidney beans
1 can chicken broth
4 beef bouillon cubes
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 Tablespoon dried parsley
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 bay leaf
1 pound Italian sausage, browned, drained
1-1/2 cup Dilanti noodles or other small pasta, cooked and drained according to package

Place all ingredients except pasta in crockpot. Add about 2 cups. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Add pasta 20 minutes prior to serving. Cook on low until pasta is desired texture. Serve with fresh grated parmesan or cheese on top.

CrockPot Miner's Stew!

2 or 3 large potatoes, peeled and cut into bite sized pieces
1 1 lb. Package of Smoked Sausage
2 cans green beans, drained
1 small onion, quartered
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Layer ingredients in Crock Pot in the order they appear above.Cook on low 4-6 hours.

Italian Style Pork Chops

6 thick pork chops, trim off fat
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms,sliced
1 medium onion,chopped
1 clove garlic,minced
2 8-ounce cans tomato sauce
1/4 cup red wine ( you may use water)
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
2 sweet red peppers,sliced

Trim excess fat from pork chops.Brown chops in hot Olive Oil and Drain. Place mushrooms,onion and garlic in bottom of Crock Pot.Arrange pork chops on top of vegetables. Combine tomato sauce, wine and spices.Pour over chops.Cover;cook on Low 7 to 9 hours.About 1 hour before serving place pepper slices on top of pork chops.
