4 cups cooked and drained; Elbow Macaroni
3 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine
1/2 cup Onions, chopped
2 Tablespoons Flour
Salt To Taste
1 can Evaporated Milk
1 cup grated American Cheese
1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
4 sliced; Hot Dogs
2 Tablespoons Bread Crumbs
Saute onions in butter for about 3 minutes. Add Flour and Salt; stir. Blend in Evaporated Milk. Cook mixture over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Add Cheeses. Stir until Cheeses are melted. Remove from heat stir in Macaroni and Hot Dog slices. Place in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with Bread Crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
