SPOON ABOUT A TABLESPOON OF THE APPLES INTO EACH TORTILLA AND ROLLUP. PLACE ROLLUPS IN A 9X13 INCH BAKING DISH WITH THE FOLD DOWN. IN A SAUCEPAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT COMBINE THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS HEAT UNTIL SUGAR AND BUTTER ARE DISSOLVED. POUR MIXTURE OVER ROLLUPS AND LET SIT FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND LET COOL FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES. SERVE WARM WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM. ENJOY!
