2 CUPS WHIPPING CREAM

IN A 3 QUART SAUCEPAN MELT CHOCOLATE CHIPS OVER LOW HEAT, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. STIR IN SUGAR AND WATER. COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT, STIRRING CONSTANTLY, BRING MIXTURE TO A BOIL. ADD WHIPPING CREAM AND MILK, CONTINUE TO STIR UNTIL HEATED THOROUGHLY. ADD VANILLA. BEAT WITH WHISK. POUR INTO MUGS.
BLEND WITH MIXER MILK, CHOCOLATE, AND COCONUT FLAVOR. ADD HALF-N-HALF; MIX. ADD SCOTCH , BOURBON, AND RUM; MIX. SERVE IN COFFEE OR ALONE OVER ICE.
MIX TOGETHER. ADD FOOD COLORING. REFRIGERATE. SERVE OVER ICE.
