2 CUPS CHOPPED, VIDALIA ONIONS
2 CUPS MAYO
2 CUPS SHREDDED, SWISS CHEESE

MIX TOGETHER. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOP IS BROWNED. SERVE WITH SNACK CRACKERS.

HORSERADISH DIP

1 8 OZ. CARTON SOUR CREAM
2 T PREAPARED HORSERADISH
3 T MIRACLE WHIP OR OTHER SALAD DRESSING
4 SLICES BACON, COOKED AND CRUMBLED
MIX INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. CHILL THOROUGHLY BEFORE SERVING. GREAT WITH RAW VEGGIES OR ON MEATS.

CARAMEL APPLE DIP

1 8 OZ PACKAGE SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE
3/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1 CUP SOUR CREAM
2 t VANILLA
2 t LEMON JUICE
1 CUP MILK
1 PACKAGE VANILLA INSTANT PUDDING MIX
SLICED APPLES

COMBINE CREAM CHEESE AND BROWN SUGAR; MIX WELL. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS MIXING WELL AFTER EACH. CHILL. SERVE WITH SLICED APPLES.

HOT ARTICHOKE DIP

1 CAN ARTICHOKE HEARTS, CHOPPED AND DRAINED
1/2 CUP MAYONNAISE
1/2 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE
1/2 CAN GREEN CHILES, CHOPPED (OPTIONAL)
1 CAN SLICED WATER CHESTNUTS, DRAINED

MIX TOGETHER INGREDIENTS AND BAKE IN A SHALLOW BAKING DISH. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 TO 40 MINUTES. SERVE HOT WITH CHIPS OR CRACKERS.

MARSHMALLOW FRUIT DIP

1 7 OZ JAR MARSHMALLOW CREAM
1 8OZ PACKAGE CREAM CHEESE SOFTENED
1/4 t NUTMEG
1/4 t CINNAMON
1/2 t VANILLA

STIR INGREDIENTS TOGETHER UNTIL SMOOTH. CHILL AND SERVE.

CHILI CHEESE DIP

1 CAN ROTEL TOMATOES
1 CAN PREPARED CHILI
1 LB VELVEETA, CUBED

MELT INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN DOUBLE BOILER OVER LOW HEAT. SERVE WITH CHIPS WHEN CHEESE IS THOROUGHLY MELTED. KEEP WARM IN A FONDUE OR CROCK POT.

FRUIT DIP

1 PINT SOUR CREAM
1 PACKAGE INSTANT VANILLA PUDDING MIX

MIX TOGETHER AND SERVE WITH FRESH FRUIT.

PARTY CHEESE SPREAD

4 OZ VELVEETA CHEESE
1/4 CUP MAYONNAISE OR SALAD DRESSING
2T PIMENTOS

MIX INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A FOOD PROCESSOR. CHILL. SERVE ON BREAD OR WITH CRACKERS.

HONEY MUSTARD DIP

1 CUP MAYONNAISE
2 T HONEY
1 T DIJON MUSTARD

MIX TOGETHER. SERVE OVER PORK OR CHICKEN AS A SAUCE OR AS A DIP FOR CHICKEN NUGGETS.

HOT MEXICAN BEAN DIP

1 12OZ CAN PORK N BEANS
1/2 CUP SHREDDED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
1 t GARLIC POWDER
1t CHILI POWDER
1/2 t SALT
DASH CAYENNE PEPPER
2 t WHITE VINEGAR
2 t WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1/2 t LIQUID SMOKE
4 SLICES BACON, COOKED AND CRUMBLED

MIX INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND HEAT UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED. YOU MAY KEEP WARM IN A CROCK POT STIRRING OCCASIONALLY.

8OZ SOUR CREAM
1 PKG. ONION SOUP MIX
1t WOSCHESHIRE SAUCE

MIX TOGETHER AND SERVE WITH CHIPS OR CRACKERS.

PIMENTO CHEESE SPREAD

1 LB LONGHORN CHEESE
1 TALL CAN EVAPORATED MILK
2 T MAYONNAISE
1 4 OZ JAR MINCED PIMENTOS
1/2 t SALT

PUT MILK INTO A DOUBLE BOILER, GRATE CHEESE INTO MILK. STIR UNTIL CREAMY, ADD MAYONNAISE, PIMENTOS AND SALT. MIX WELL. PUT INTO JAR AND LET SET.

REUBEN DIP

1 CUP SHREDDED SWISS CHEESE
1 CUP SHREDDED AMERICAN CHEESE
8 OZ DELI CORNED BEEF
1 CUP 1000 ISLAND SALAD DRESSING
1 16 OZ CAN SAUERKRAUT, DRAINED

MIX INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN FOOD PROCESSOR OR BLENDER. SPOON INTO SHALLOW BAKING DISH. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES. SERVE WITH CRACKERS AND PARTY BREADS.

1 ROLL SHARP SMOKY CHEDDAR CHEESE

1 SMALL CHOPPED ONION
1 STRIP BACON, COOKED AND CRUMBLED

MIX INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A FOOD PROCESSOR. CHILL; AND SERVE WITH RAW VEGETABLES OR CRACKERS.

1 12 OZ JAR PICANTE SAUCE
4 GREEN ONIONS CHOPPED
1 6OZ CAN SLICED BLACK OLIVES
2 CUPS GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE

IN A 9X13 INCH DISH LAYER INGREDIENTS IN THE ORDER THAT THEY APPEAR ABOVE. SERVE WITH TORTILLA CHIPS.
