Slit fresh broccoli spears lenthwise; cut into l-inch pieces. Cook in boiling
salted water til tender. {or cook frozen broccoli according to package directions.}
Drain. Cook frozen or fresh onions in boiling salted water til tender, drain.
In saucepan melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine; blend in the flour, salt,
and pepper. Add milk; cook and stir till mixture is thickened and bubbly. Reduce
heat; blend in cream cheese till smooth. Place broccoli and onions in a l 1/2 quart
casserole. Pour sauce over mix lightly. Top with shredded American cheese. Pour
the remaining 2 tablespoons melted buter or margarine over the bread crumbs atop casserole. Bake casserole in 350 degrees about 40 to 45 minutes or till heated through. Makes 6 servings.

Grind wafer well & mix with butter,save 1/4 cup
Press in pan and bake at325 degrees for 15 minutes then cool.

1/2 pint of whipping cream, whipped until fluffy.
1 cup drained pineapple, add to whipped cream and spread over second mixture.

12 ounce Garlic Cheese Roll, Cut Up
1 cup Chopped, Cooked Chicken

In a small skillet, melt butter and sauté` artichokes, onion and pre-cooked chicken. Slowly stir in flour. Place into lightly greased Crock Pot or large pot. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on the "High" setting. Stir occasionally until the cheese is completely melted. Turn to the "Low" setting and cover until ready to serve. Serve hot with chips.
